Yes, dogs are welcome free of charge but must remain on a lead for their safety and that of our wildlife.
No, you are welcome to stay all day.
We suggest 2-3 hours will take you around the main walks but with playgrounds and picnic areas to explore you can make a day of it.

We charge from 5-15. Children under five are subject to free entry.
In dry weather, it is possible to walk around the lily lake and up to the playgrounds with an all-terrain pram or pushchair but it is not possible to take a pram on the waterfall walk so we suggest you bring baby carriers or a backpack. For hygiene reasons we no longer have baby carriers available to hire.
Yes, it can be accessed as you leave the estate as part of our Covid Secure one way system.
Yes, the café and snack bar are open serving a local menu of takeaway food, sandwiches, daily lunch boxes, pasties, sausage rolls, crisps, traybakes, and refreshments.
(However, please be advised there is no free entry to the café at this time to maintain Covid- 19 regulations.)

Yes, our toilets are open and part of our one - way system.
You are very welcome to bring a picnic and our café and snack bar is always open for any additional food or drink you may need during your visit.
Yes, there are plenty of outdoor seating options available all arranged at a social distance.
Currently, there are no indoor seating options open in line with government guidelines.

We have implemented a one-way system with plenty of signage and floor markings in high footfall areas. Our measures are constantly reviewed and updated to ensure maximum safety.
Due to the nature of the terrain, most of the walks are not wheelchair friendly although our friendly staff will be happy to help direct you to areas you can access safely. Due to these limits on accessibility we offer free entry to wheelchair users to access the cafe, courtyard and shop area.

Yes, we have hand sanitiser at various stations.
The walk up to the falls although steep meanders up through woodland so the only place you feel high up is at the top of lady Exmouth falls, the viewing platform is surrounded by railings so it is quite safe and you are able to stand right back from the edge if you feel uncomfortable. The view is breathtaking.
Yes there are benches at regular intervals on the path to the top so you can rest catch your breath and take in the surroundings.
Is the walk suitable for Children?
Yes you can, our busiest arrival time is on the hour.
